Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your Reawaken Frame to request a return. Return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Reawaken Frame within this 30-day period, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.
To be eligible for a return, your Reawaken Frame must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any unreasonable returns, including products that have been damaged, altered, misused, or tampered with. All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your returned Reawaken Frame is received by us, it will be inspected. After the inspection is completed, a team member will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Refund processing typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We are happy to replace or exchange your Reawaken Frame if it arrives defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your Reawaken Frame to be eligible for an exchange.
